With 20 years of machine-building experience behind me, in 2001 I started working on my own out of my shop as Fierro Custom Fab & Machine, manufacturing hydraulic excavator thumbs and related equipment through my second site. Northsaw.com.
Along the way, I took an interest in building my own CNC machines, which opened the door to other projects. I began building guitars as a hobby and later started designing and making custom rifle and pistol grips.
I’m still a one-man shop—a machinist, fabricator, designer, and builder who enjoys making things that are a little different from what you can buy off the shelf. I take pride in doing good work and making something I’d be happy to put my name on.
